まさき農園
（廿日市市玖島）
広島の大学で微生物学を学び、食品衛生の分野で7年間働いた正木さん。故郷に帰省した際、田畑が荒れている現状を目の当たりにし、「地元に活気を取り戻したい」と強く感じ農業の道を選びました。廿日市市とJA佐伯中央の新規就農研修制度を活用し、2年間の研修を経て、現在はビニールハウス17棟でほうれん草を栽培しています。
年間を通じて安定した出荷を行うため、土づくりや水管理に力を入れており品質向上と効率化を進めています。また、新たな作物の栽培も検討しており、経営の幅を広げるために日々努力しています。
正木さんの目標は、農業を通じて故郷に活気を取り戻すこと。「若者が地元に戻り、安心して暮らせる環境を作りたい」という強い想いを胸に、農業経営を通じて地域に貢献しています。
